5k Run

Alex and I ran a 5k the other day and surprised ourselves on how good we did. I placed first in our age group and Alex placed second! We were so happy that Katelyn and Karley decided not to go because then we would not have placed for they would have done better. Haha :) But it was still super fun and the course was really pretty :)

I was bored today and I was thinking about what I could make......   I thought of making a little paper cake:) Yes, a paper cake;) I love the 3 colors pink, yellow, and orange. Also, they go great together! I will post the pictures when I'm done!! Ta-da!!

Beach It!

We are all off to the cabin for the day!! It could be the last time :( So I can't wait to take cute pictures in the sand and shadows. Have a lovely Saturday, I'll post pics when we get back.

Draw!

Karley and I ventured off to Joann's today and bought some watercolors and drawing paper.  These are the little creations I've done today, don't make fun... these are the first drawings I've ever done, Alex is the one with the real talent :) Enjoy!!

P.S. Karley's creation is still incomplete, we'll post it when she's ready!!

We're Back!! :)

The three of us left Alex alone to man the blog for a week while we went to basketball camp. So a day later and we are going to learn how to can with our lovely Nana!! I'm excited, I love canned cherries and dilly beans in the winter!! :) I'll post pics later.
